We make every effort to display our jewellery, colours, and finishes as accurately as possible. However, as each piece is handcrafted, slight variations in colour, finish, or size may occur between pieces and photographs — this is part of what makes each item unique, not a defect.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or update descriptions, pricing, and availability at any time without prior notice.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated, and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise. We currently accept prepaid orders only; Cash on Delivery is not available. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment gateway at checkout.
We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to cancel and refund any order affected by an incorrect price.
5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline at our discretion — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, House of Evia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
