Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–4 working days of purchase. During sale periods or launches, processing may take slightly longer — we’ll let you know if that’s the case.
Domestic Shipping (India)
Once processed, orders are delivered within 3–4 working days, depending on your location.
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹5,000
- Orders below ₹5,000 are charged a flat shipping fee of ₹100
- We currently accept prepaid orders only — Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at this time
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International orders are delivered within 8–10 working days after processing, depending on the destination and local customs clearance.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by their country. These are not included in your order total and are collected by the courier or local authority on delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow its journey to you.
Delays
While we do our best to meet the timelines above, delays can occasionally happen due to courier logistics, weather, customs, or high-demand periods. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated if your order is running late.
